Kaitlin Ririnui came to EmployNZ as a busy single mum needing direction and purpose. After enrolling in the CareerFIT Sport & Fitness L2 course, Kaitlin has become much more positive and motivated, her fitness levels have increased and she now has her NCEA Level 2. And like most of our students, she doesn’t want to leave. “I love EmployNZ so much! I want to stay and complete NCEA Level 3 here.”
Kaitlin believes her tutors and the supportive learning environment has contributed immensely to her success. “I look at my tutors like whānau. They’ve offered me the help and support I’ve need to get me to the finish line” Kaitlyn explains.
