Learn the professional standards and practical skills that will help you to understand how workplace offices and receptions function. Included is;

  • Practical business admin tasks  including photocopying, preparing & creating documents, filling, emailing, and compiling newsletters.
  • Professional customer service standards including answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Using Microsoft Office.
  • NCEA literacy & numeracy units
